Who is this Team Program for?
Lifters who want their technique and training to feel reliable, not random.
If you’re tired of starting over every block, chasing PRs without consistency, or guessing what to fix… you’ll fit here.
Can I Switch Between Programs?
Absolutely! You can reach out via email, or on the community Discord (specific tab provided), and have your programmed swapped between any within 24 hours!
What Equipment Do I Need?
A standard barbell, plates, and a squat rack are ideal. For the Performance Track, access to jerk blocks, pull up/dip station and light dumbbells are helpful, but not essential.
What if I Miss a Session?
Both programs are flexible! If you miss a session, you can move them around in app, or go back and catch up if you so please.
Will I Get Access to Feedback?
In the Discord community, you will gain access to communication with other members, alongside your Olympian Coach. Alongside that, there is a 'Community Lift Review' tab where you can submit video to gain feedback!
What if I Want Personalised Coaching?
You can request (via Discord Community), to work 1:1 with your Olympian coach! Whether it is for 4 weeks, ongoing, or just a program, it is up to you and your goals.
