"My clean and jerk increased by 11 kg, my clean by 13 kg, and my split jerk by 16 kg. Beyond the objective gains in strength, my technique improved dramatically!"

— Steven M. (USA)

You’re training hard.

You’ve tried new programs.

But the same technical errors keep resurfacing.

Good days feel unpredictable.
PRs are inconsistent.
Progress stalls.

That’s not a work ethic problem.

It’s a technical and programming problem.

1:1 coaching identifies the exact breakdown points limiting your lifts and systematically removes them.

How 1:1 Coaching Works

1. Technical Diagnosis

We identify the specific positions breaking down under load. Not generic cues.

2. Personalised Programming

Your program is built around your individual movement patterns, recovery, and competitive goals.

3. Daily Video Feedback

Every lift is reviewed. Corrections are precise. Adjustments happen in real time.

4. Ongoing Performance Oversight

Training blocks evolve as you improve. Not on a fixed template.

This is for

  • Lifters who want structured progression
  • Athletes preparing for competition
  • Lifters serious about fixing technical weaknesses

This is not for

  • Program-hoppers
  • Lifters unwilling to submit videos
  • People looking for quick PR guarantees

Donna went from an unbalanced split position, to building awareness and confidence to find balance and consistency in jerk.

Mikey started with trouble in finding a confident catch position. To then developing more stability to pull under the bar with more depth and efficiency.

Vincent (long term client) went from a 110kg CJ 1RM, to then Snatching it! This was done through consistency and trusting the process over the long term.

Dean, with only a few changes to finding balance in his dip and drive. Was able to find a more consistent split position.

"I’ve learnt so much in the short space of time since working with Brandon. He gives excellent advise, explanation and most importantly patience and knowledge- esp at providing alternative cues when one isn’t working quite as well. The video comparisons has definitely been helpful! I’ve hit some PBs since, have a clearer direction of what I want to achieve in each session and most importantly I’m now starting to have fun with weightlifting again- so thank you Brandon!"

Frequently Asked Questions

1. I'm only a beginner. Does that matter?

This is for all levels and backgrounds. After filling out the pre program form. I will create a program and work with you to match exactly where you're at.

2. How do I film and send lifts?

In the our private communication channel, there is a tab dedicated to from reviews, with a brief included. Ideally a 45 degree angle is best, but differing from this is good every no and again from a review standpoint.

3. What If I'm dealing with a minor injury?

Communication is key. If you have a niggling injury before the program, there is a section in the pre program form to disclose this. We can then take the best course of action. We want to remain injury free as a priority.

4. How many days a week do I need to train?

This is completely up to you. Between 2 - 6 sessions per week has been catered to before. With the average being between 3 - 4 sessions 90min sessions per week.

5. Do I need any specific equipment?

This block is made to be as accessible as possible. All you need is a barbell, plates, and a squat rack. If you gave access to additional pieces of equipment, there is an opportunity to specify in the pre program form.

6. How Quickly Will I See Progress?

Most athletes notice technical stability improvements within the first 4–6 weeks. Visible increases in heavy-lift consistency typically occur within 8–12 weeks, depending on training history and current limitations. Long-term progress compounds over months, not days. This coaching is built for sustained development, not short-term PR spikes.

7. What if I've Been Stuck for Years?

Long plateaus are usually a sign of:

  • Unaddressed technical inefficiencies
  • Poorly structured programming
  • Lack of objective feedback

We start by identifying the exact breakdown points under load. From there, programming is adjusted to systematically remove those barriers. Most long-term plateaus are solvable when the root cause is properly diagnosed.

1:1 coaching provides:

"Super happy with Brandons coaching and tailored the training to my needs without problem. Pointed out mistakes I wasn't aware of and managed to work on them extensively with constant feedback. Highly recommend!"

— Mattias A. (FIN)

"I just finished an excellent four week technical intensive with Coach Brandon and cannot recommend the course enough for anyone looking to take their weightlifting to the next level. In the first week, Brandon identified key deficiencies in my snatch and clean & jerk with detailed commentary and video breakdowns. Brandon then customized programming for the next three weeks to specifically target these deficiencies and kept me on course toward resolving them with in depth video analysis after every session. By the end of the four weeks, the transformation in my clean was particularly dramatic. I power cleaned 1kg over my previous best squat clean and feel so much more confident and explosive in the 2nd pull. My snatch was also transformed with greatly improved stability in my previously weak receiving position. I was blown away by the improvement over such a short period. Brandon is a fantastic coach who gets results."

— Mike A. (USA)

  • "I recently completed the 4-week technical intensive program for Olympic weightlifting, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The programming was exceptional, meticulously designed to address my specific weaknesses. Each session was thoughtfully structured. The delivery through Train Heroic and Discord was seamless and efficient. The Train Heroic app provided an intuitive platform for accessing the workouts, tracking progress, and receiving feedback. Communication via Discord offered a convenient channel for real-time support and interaction with the coach. One of the standout aspects of this program was the relevance and quality of the feedback. Each piece of advice was targeted and actionable, helping me refine my technique and improve my performance. The constant, personalized attention made me feel supported. I highly recommend this investment to anyone looking to elevate their Olympic weightlifting skills."

"Thank you Brandon and thank you for your coaching. I think I made big progress in terms of technique overall."

— Krystian K. (POL)

"I entered the world of Olympic Weightlifting with none of the right attributes...Inflexible, poor mobility etc. In a matter of months with the assistance of Brandon's coaching I was able to understand the basics of each movement and slowly include more and more technique. The carry over increased my mobility, flexibility and strength! The mental side of this support is very demanding and to be honest can bring you down on a bad day of lifitng, however Brandon was always there along the way as a motivator and someone who has been through the exact motions, someone who understands everything you're going through. The past 8 months of training have been a challenge yet some of the most fun I've had in the gym ever, this is a testament to the programs and training Brandon has provided to me, absolute legend!"

— Mikey H. (AUS)

"After several months of working with Brandon, I saw significant progress across all my lifts. My clean and jerk increased by 11 kg, my clean by 13 kg, and my split jerk by 16 kg. My power variations also improved substantially—my power snatch increased by 18 kg and my power clean by 20 kg. In addition, my back squat went up by 7 kg and my front squat by 8 kg. Beyond the objective gains in strength, my technique improved dramatically. The thoughtful programming combined with Brandon’s timely feedback helped me refine my form and deepen my understanding of the classic lifts. Overall, this has been a great experience. I highly recommend Brandon as a coach. Thank you!"

— Steven M. (USA)
